Buyer Representation Packages

In most cases, the buyer's agent commission can be negotiated into the offer to be paid by the seller at closing.

If the seller does not agree to pay a buyer's agent commissions, the cost is reflected as a closing cost on the buyer's side of the settlement statement.

If a seller offers to pay more than our agreement outlines, the difference can be rebated back to you from the buyer's agent in the form of a closing credit.p This can be especially beneficial when looking at new build communities that may offer 4-6% buyer's agent commission.

Seller Representation Packages

All commissions are negotiable. Our brokerage has the following options for sellers to choose from. Most buyers will have agents that will request their commissions in the buyer's offer. It is highly advised to offer compensation to buyer's agents to avoid ruling out any potential buyers.

We offer the option of agreeing to the listing agent's commission, and waiting to see what offers come in, allowing sellers to judge an offer by the net amount after closing costs and commissions, the way it was always intended to be.
